For Wakeboard Judging Seminar Fees: HK$100 + Registration Fees: HK$200 *
Remarks 1
As the validity of the judging qualification is for two years participants must pay
membership
fees for both 2018/19 and 2019/2020.
(Non-member would require to pay 2 x HKD 150 =$300 for the two years
annual

membership fee & HKD 100 joining fee)

Remarks 1:
After successful completion of the judging
seminar, a certificate will be issued to the
participants stipulating the level of qualification (in this case
national level 1 or 2 judge)
and it is valid for two (2) years until 31/3/2020.
In order to maintain the
national level 1 & 2 judge qualification (valid for 2 years), you are
required to judge a minimum of 2
national events within two (2) consecutive years counting
from the date of issuance of the certification and
attend a relevant judging seminar
within the two (2) year period.
If the seminar is cancelled prior to the
start of seminar, due to bad weather or other
circumstances, the entry fee will be refunded to the enrolled
participants by cheques, so
please provide your full name on the enrolment form.
Applications from members
with outstanding payments for past events will not be
accepted unless he/she provides payment evidence or
settle the outstanding payment.
Only enrolment forms issued by HKWSA & completed by the participant will be
accepted.,
phone registration, or entry forms designed by others will not be accepted.

Enrolments sent by
